Wait Service & Bartenders
We are a referral source for wait staff and bartenders.
For barbecues we have a minimum requirement of two service staff (one cook and one server).
We recommend a minimum of one server per 25 people for casual events, with Standard Service; one server for every 20 people for more elegant dinner parties; one bartender for every 50 people.
